What a beautiful day for a wedding and such a wonderful couple. Joe and Stacey had one thing on their mind when planning this wedding and that was to CELEBRATE! This was one of the weddings where the dance floor was packed the whole night. Joe and Stacey had one of the best wedding bands around Indigo from out of Chicago. Beth Maxwell from Save the Date designed another extra-ordinary event. Scott from Sound and Light Creations created the mood with lighting. Bob Moniers arranged the beautiful flowers.

The bride and groom wanted the guest to have so much fun and I can tell you they did. The party finally concluded around 3:00 am.

"ShootinRight:" comment was very inappropriate but I am glad you posted it because it gives us a chance to see how jealous they are. We both know your work is wonderful :) Keep it up!

Hayley and Ryan had their wedding on what could of been the last beautiful day of spring of 2009. With the tulips in full bloom and the weather sunny and 70. It was a perfect day for a wedding. When we asked Hayley and Ryan about their wedding and what one thing meant the most to them. The answer was not shocking to us especially when you get to know Ryan and Hayley like we have had over the last year.  What they were looking forward to the most was spending time with family and friends. The way a wedding should be. The image of  Martha (mother of the bride) crying during the ceremony says it all. We wish them all the best of luck in the future.  Also kudos to some of our favorite vendors that were also a part of this beautiful wedding.

Ryan and Anna celebrated their wedding at Hidden Lake Winery in Southern Illinois. Its always a honor when a fellow photographer asked you to photograph something as special as their wedding. It was a day filled with so much emotion with families and friends. To see the bride crying on her dads shoulder says it all to me.  Julia and I are blessed to be the parents of 4 children three of which are  little girls.  I know my day will come when I will have to walk them down that aisle ( I am not looking forward to that day). This is what weddings are all about to capture that emotion in the relationships.

I think Anna is in good hands with Ryan. Ryan and Anna have been high school sweethearts since their sophomore year of high school. We wish them all the best in their life together. If you have a chance check out the guys from Switzer Films they put together a pretty slick same day edit video of the day. It was a pleasure to work with them. We all really worked well together and it was so much fun. If you would like to see some more images of Ryan and Anna check out their Showcase. Click below.

Matt and Emily had a beautiful wedding in Morton and reception down on the Riverfront. The rain stayed away and we caught that golden light that every photographer loves at the end of the day. We wish you two all the best in your new life together.

Julia and I are honored to be a part of the Little Black Book of Style Me Pretty {Ultimate Wedding Blog}.

This Little Black Book is made up of the best wedding vendors in the industry and to be on that list is by invite only. So when we got the call last year we were very excited! Abby Larson the creator of SMP gets hundreds of submissions a week. So we are truly honored that she along with her staff of editors chose on of our beautiful bride and grooms for this weeks feature wedding.

Congrats to Kathleen and Tyson.  She not only did one post about the wedding, but four. She got Kathleen and Tyson to talk a little bit about the wedding and the details of this beautiful wedding. Thank you Abby, Michelle (editor), and Eddye (editor) for your continued support and passion for weddings. Your contribution to this industry is very much appreciated and I am sure the millions of brides that have graced your website feel the same.  Here is all the details about the wedding.

Julia and I will be a guest blogger in a couple weeks on what we mean by {love inspired} and the joys of working together as a husband and wife team of photographers. So stay tuned.
